Provides affected communities with rapid-response adaptation grants up to $100,000 for community-led solutions. These grants help communities to remain in place, respond to immediate threats, and build resilience.

Advances efforts on knowledge, science and data, as well as adaptation, community climate finance, and resilience. It enables actions to protect the livelihoods, heritage & culture of impacted communities.

Leads the implementation of the UN Sea-Level Rise Declaration, fostering partnerships, enabling collective action and elevating the voices of affected communities and countries.

Equips governments and communities with data and analysis to inform locally-led solutions, strategic planning and policy design to harness the potential of climate mobility. Through field research, cutting-edge modeling and local consultations, it supports evidence-based policymaking and locally-led action.

Enables the design of scalable solutions, and advances partnerships and innovation in a variety of fields to address the impacts of climate mobility. It also supports the development of locally-led projects with affected communities and strategic partners to enable positive adaptation journeys amidst the climate crisis.
